Every floor area has a purpose

An industrial floor is part of how a site operates. A pedestrian walkway, a forklift route and a dusty work area each call for different considerations. We start by understanding those differences.

01

Walkway and traffic route markings

Lines, crossings and designated floor areas. We use road-marking paints for walkways and routes with heavy traffic.

02

Anti-slip painting

We apply coatings using our own developed formulation, including high-dust areas. The solution is selected after reviewing site conditions.

03

Renewal after layout changes

A new machine position or a changed walkway calls for a review of floor markings. Painting can be coordinated with other planned work at your site.

Layout before paint

A line makes sense within the wider layout

Before painting, it is worth agreeing where people and equipment actually move, where work areas begin and how equipment access should be arranged. Renewed markings can then reflect the current use of the space.

Colours, preparation and reopening arrangements are agreed for each project. One completion time cannot cover every operating condition.

FAQ

Practical questions before painting

Do I need an exact area?

No. Enter an estimate or select that the area is not yet known. We can clarify the scope during our conversation.

Can you paint high-dust areas?

Yes. We use our own anti-slip formulation, including in high-dust environments. Substrate and operating conditions are reviewed before a proposal is prepared.

Can only part of the markings be renewed?

Yes. The scope can cover selected lines, a walkway or a designated area. We first need information about the substrate and existing coating.

When can the floor return to use?

Timing depends on the selected system and site conditions. There is no single reopening time for every paint, substrate and load.

Prefer to discuss the project directly?

Call or email us. We will establish the information needed and the next step.
